The Red Baron's Coast to Coast Trip is part of a much bigger effort. Since 2003, the PowerChute Eduction Foundation (PCEF) and it's daughter organization, Emergency Low-Level Aerial Search and Surveilance (E.L.L.A.S.S.), has been working to spread the word about this great sport and it's potential to impact the community in a positive way.
